Pati Otley has a long interest in public policy, working in Congress, the US Department of Transportation and obtaining a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, before a 25-year career in the private sector directing a government relations department. With that policy focus, she served on several non-profit boards, including GAGV where her focus is changing gun laws.
