Programs Committee Co-Chair

Jane Skrivan began her career as a French teacher in Seattle. She stayed home with her children several years before returning to nursing school at the age of forty. She spent the next twenty years as a RN at Group Health. Jane has volunteered over the years at her children's schools and has been active in working with refugee communities and ecological restoration programs. She began serving with GAGV on the Board as the Secretary. Her primary focus with Grandmothers has been on reducing suicides by firearms. Jane is a grandmother of five.
